I ordered the gachapon box, figuring it was the best value for money compared to other gacha services, but had an issue on arrival where I was short the amount of gacha. I emailed about it and within a day had a response, and a second box with more gacha being posted out to me. Fantastic customer service, absolutely will be going for this again!
