Quick and kind responses and fast shipping

I recently ordered from them for a friends birthday gift and I accidentally put in the wrong address though. Luckily enough despite the late time, a staff member responded to me quickly and helped change the address for me. A week or so after the plushies arrived and they were is beautiful condition and were wrapped up safely. Needless to say that this shop is perfect and I will definitely be shopping on there again!
