FAQs
What does the postage type mean?
UK orders are almost always sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked. This refers to how quickly Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel after we've dispatched it.
This does not refer to how quickly we process the order.
If you opt for 24 Tracked, Royal Mail will deliver within this time after dispatch. We also prioritise these orders and dispatch within one working day (if order is placed before 12pm, we will aim for same day dispatch.
I need info about a pre-order.
Pre-orders usually dispatch within the month stated on the product page. For example, if an item is due in January, it could be sent any time between 1st and 31st of that month.
If you've ordered multiple items, we will wait until all items are available to send. Please place separate orders to avoid delays.
Sometimes there are delays outside of our control but we'll do all we can to avoid this.
