I’ve been shopping with this company for years before the store opened and have always experienced amazing service and amazing quality in product. When the physical store opened, I was so excited to see the items in person and the staff were not only informative but truly lovely and friendly, especially the shop owner! Such a treat to have Japanese imports in a brick and mortar shop in a city that isn’t London. Couldn’t recommend more!
