Yes! ✧ All of our products areofficially licensed. Some items are special Japanese imports that are not normally available through UK or EU distributors. These are genuine collector’s pieces, brought in directly from Japan for our community.

We process orders quickly to make sure your goodies reach you without delay. ✧ This means that once your order has been packed or shipped, we are not able to cancel it.

Pre-orders at oshoppu are usually delayed payments, which means you are not charged until the item arrives in store and is ready to ship. ✧ For higher-end or very limited pieces, we may ask for a deposit at the time of reservation.

Please note that no pre-order is guaranteed. Availability depends on our suppliers in Japan, and sometimes items are allocated in smaller quantities than we request. If we cannot fulfil your pre-order, you will not be charged (or your deposit will be refunded).

Nope! We ship to the USA using PDDP (Postal Delivered Duties Paid). ✧ That means all duties and taxes are already covered in the price you see at checkout. You won’t get any surprise bills from customs when your parcel arrives.

Because the U.S. recently changed its rules (ending the “de minimis” exemption), duties now apply even to smaller parcels. To keep things simple and stress-free, we’ve adjusted our U.S. prices slightly (around 10%) so that your duties are included.
