Ordering

Are all of your products officially licensed?

Yes! All of our products that include Intellectual Properties (e.g. Sanrio or Pokemon) are licensed by the manufacturer and are supplied by licensed distributors.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! Please get in touch as soon as possible by emailing us at hello@oshoppu.com. If your parcel has been marked as dispatched then we will be unable to cancel.

How do your pre-orders work?

Place a preorder with us and we'll save that all important space for you.

If you would like to order items which are available alongside your preorders, we will only send when all items are available, so please place a separate order if you would like your available items sending straight away. 

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use Royal Mail for all of our orders.

If you're in the UK, you can expect it to be sent with their Tracked 48 service with full tracking and an estimated delivery window on the day. Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Special Delivery are also available in cart. 

If you're an international customer, we'll send using Royal Mail's International Tracked service. 

Where do you ship from?

All of our orders are packed and sent from our HQ in West Yorkshire, UK. We don't ask any of our suppliers to send products on our behalf.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfilment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
