Take a trip back to the Heisei era with these nostalgic phone-shaped acrylic charms featuring your favourite Sanrio characters. Each charm comes with a colourful mobile phone-style case and a matching character acrylic insert, inspired by the iconic gal culture and cute mobile accessories of the late 1990s and 2000s.

The removable acrylic charm can be displayed inside the case or carried separately, making these a fun accessory for bags, pouches, ita bags, and keyrings.

Returns

You can request a return within 30 days through our website or by emailing help@oshoppu.com. We’ll provide a Royal Mail Tracked 48 return label and deduct £3.95 from your refund. Online purchases can also be returned to either shop.

Items must be returned in their original condition. Blind boxes, figures and products that rely on sealed packaging must be unopened. Opened beauty products, gift cards and sale items cannot be returned.

Delivery & collection

We dispatch online orders within 2–3 working days, usually via Royal Mail Tracked 48. You can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout.

Click and collect is available from our Royal Arcade shop. We’ll email you when your order is ready, usually the same or next working day during our packing hours, 10am–3pm Monday to Friday.
