Shipping policy

Please ensure all of your address details and contact information is correct. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses.

Most orders will be shipped within 3-5 working days, unless Tracked 24™ is selected which will be shipped within 24 working hours. This does not include weekends, or UK public holidays. 

 

If your order contains a pre-ordered item, we will only post when all items are available. Please check the expected time for each pre-order if you feel this will be an issue. To avoid waiting for currently available items, please place your pre-order separately. 

Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48™ includes full tracking throughout the journey and a timed delivery.
