This plush features Rando from the Fumofumo-san collection, recognisable by their long drooping ears and heart-shaped fluffy fur on their chest. According to Fumofumo-san lore, Rando is a little shy and has a habit of hiding their face behind their long ears when embarrassed. They are usually calm and are said to have the power to make everyone around them feel soft and gentle, although much about Rando remains unknown.

Returns

You can request a return within 30 days through our website or by emailing help@oshoppu.com. We’ll provide a Royal Mail Tracked 48 return label and deduct £3.95 from your refund. Online purchases can also be returned to either shop.

Items must be returned in their original condition. Blind boxes, figures and products that rely on sealed packaging must be unopened. Opened beauty products, gift cards and sale items cannot be returned.

Delivery & collection

We dispatch online orders within 2–3 working days, usually via Royal Mail Tracked 48. You can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout.

Click and collect is available from our Royal Arcade shop. We’ll email you when your order is ready, usually the same or next working day during our packing hours, 10am–3pm Monday to Friday.
