This plush features Ruf from the Fumofumo-san collection in a dark grey colour, with large ears, sharp eyes and a fluffy white chest. According to Fumofumo-san lore, Ruf usually lives in groups, although some are known to act alone. Other Fumofumos do not often approach Ruf because of his intimidating appearance, which can leave him feeling lonely.

Returns

You can request a return within 30 days through our website or by emailing help@oshoppu.com. We’ll provide a Royal Mail Tracked 48 return label and deduct £3.95 from your refund. Online purchases can also be returned to either shop.

Items must be returned in their original condition. Blind boxes, figures and products that rely on sealed packaging must be unopened. Opened beauty products, gift cards and sale items cannot be returned.

Delivery & collection

We dispatch online orders within 2–3 working days, usually via Royal Mail Tracked 48. You can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout.

Click and collect is available from our Royal Arcade shop. We’ll email you when your order is ready, usually the same or next working day during our packing hours, 10am–3pm Monday to Friday.
