Shop-floor stock is separate from online availability and can change during the day. This does not reserve the item.
Returns
You can request a return within 30 days through our website or by emailing help@oshoppu.com. We’ll provide a Royal Mail Tracked 48 return label and deduct £3.95 from your refund. Online purchases can also be returned to either shop.
Items must be returned in their original condition. Blind boxes, figures and products that rely on sealed packaging must be unopened. Opened beauty products, gift cards and sale items cannot be returned.
