The adorable ghosts of Obakenu are back in plush form. This soft mascot series features five quirky ghost characters, including cat, devil, zombie, pudding, and classic ghost-inspired designs. Each comes with a ball chain so you can attach them to bags, pouches, or display them as part of your collection.

Please note:

  • You will receive 1 random plush mascot.
  • 5 designs to collect.
  • Duplicates may occur when ordering multiple capsules.

Returns

You can request a return within 30 days through our website or by emailing help@oshoppu.com. We’ll provide a Royal Mail Tracked 48 return label and deduct £3.95 from your refund. Online purchases can also be returned to either shop.

Items must be returned in their original condition. Blind boxes, figures and products that rely on sealed packaging must be unopened. Opened beauty products, gift cards and sale items cannot be returned.

Delivery & collection

We dispatch online orders within 2–3 working days, usually via Royal Mail Tracked 48. You can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout.

Click and collect is available from our Royal Arcade shop. We’ll email you when your order is ready, usually the same or next working day during our packing hours, 10am–3pm Monday to Friday.
